did you unwind the receiver wire and pull out your antenna? did you wait for the ESC to arm?

i agree need a little more info on what its doing but this should get you started did you just get your honcho?? mine did the same thing, it would glitch out ALL the time i had to finally put the antenna tube on and stretch out the wire inside the tube and its been working fine ever since. thinking about taking the receiver from my savage and putting it into the honcho and using my spectrum radio. oh and i've noticed that if i turn the truck on first and the radio is off the truck will glitch and front tires will turn back and forth, try turning the radio on first then the truck.

they got really nice ones which are hundreds of dollars or chinese knockoffs which do work great and are cheap. not sure what you know about em but they don't use crystals so you won't get interference from other rc car users. here's some nice name brand http://www.rpphobby.com/category_s/32.htm and some cheaper ones if you are on a tight budget. I have used the $19.70 radios listed on there. bought one for my dad. they actually work pretty good. they have some adjust-ability just not all the bells and whistles of the name brand radios. http://www.hobbypartz.com/rccarradios.html 2.4ghz radios are awesome and a great investment. they have really short antenas so you won't have to have it hang out of your body. and easy to install.
