Default i'm stumped

so i just installed a traxxas 12t titan and mip Driveshafts on my scx10 dingo. the only upgrades i have is traxxas waterproof servo, ESC, and water proofed reciever box. when i put the new motor in i was expecting the thing to really haul! but it doesn't it seems slower then with the stock 27t. i truck has seen water and has been sitting for about two to three weeks due to lack of funds to fix it. any idea of what it could be?

you may want to check your gearing too, if your using the stock gears you may be overgeared for the 12t
