Default JunFac shafts ???

If I buy a set of JunFac driveshafts for my stock wheelbase SCX, would they still work if I was to lengthen the wheelbase out to lets say a Honcho's wheelbase???

Thanks in advance,

RIZ

no, one shaft is shorter then the other. I ran into this at Christmas, I bought dad these shafts for his honcho. You will need to buy this Junfac Hardened Universal Shaft (95-130mm) 5mm hole (1) #J90032 if you plan on lengthening down the road. This is the same lengths as the long one in the scx10 pack.

The ax10 junfac shaft set includes two 95-130mm which would same you so money. See the scx10 set comes with 1 82-117mm and 1 95-130mm shaft. But the honcho needs two 95-130 shafts. Not sure about the dingo

Thanks klabeaume !!! That's great to know. I'm not sure how long my next scaler will be but was concered that if I had to change wheelbase length if I would have issues wit the Junfac shafts and this answered my question perfectly. I really appreciate the part number too.. I wrote it down so I have it in case I need them. How do you like the shafts???

I've had them in my scx10 for at least a year and haven't broke them. Only problem I've had is that I didn't have one of the pins tight enough and it backed out and ruined my spur gear. That was 100% my fault. Shafts are great. Glad I could help. I just know I was disappointed when I tried putting them on dads truck and one didn't fit.

I would have been bummed too. It's great info that will keep me from having the same issue you had. Thanks.

The 82-117mm and 95-130mm Junfac shafts will work with a 12" WB. I am running them on my Unimog.

When I installed them in dads honcho, the short shaft only had maybe 1/4" of contact, Not quit enough to be right IMO.
