I bought some end links from an e-revo and #8 threaded rod and 6mm brake lines cost me about 8 bucks to make 4 links with extra to make more.
bought the threaed rod at Home depot and the brake line at autozone.
just make sure your measurements are correct as far as the actual links.
VV his post count is higher so you should take his advise over mine...I'm a newbie! lol
but I'll say with what I did worked out great.

3mm is close to 1/8" (3.175mm). Why not just take 1/16th of each end of your rear links for a total of 1/8" (or whatever works). There are plenty of threads in the ends of those links to let you do this if you are careful The Dingo links...crap those are the TR plastic.

The kit scx 10 links are 113mm eye to eye with the rod ends. The aluminum threaded rod in the axial parts would be the 91mm ones. Those would be for the lowers.

slobin3d has the way to do it. I would maybe just go with some allthread and the revo or jato ends until you find what length works for you, then decide if you want to try making your own out of aluminum or delrin. Or at least at that point you'd have a measurement to give to one of the vendors mentioned for what you need for your truck.
