Default project "rock patrol" honcho

ive been running my jk for some time its to the point to where is only minor upgrades needed, i cant go out and play with the comp crawlers or mostly scale trucks though so i needed to grab all the cheap parts i could and toss a crawler together!

parts list:
scx10 frame set and shocks
plastic links from all the kits that have go through my "shop"
axles from a friends ax10 part out
trans from ax10 part out
vxl system
2.2s from my ax10
billscustomrclighting kit
custom fabbed parts

its about 4 weeks from being together but i have a good line on the parts i need to get her drive able!

Trinity Body Blast is supposed to work, but I'm not sure how it will work on factory painted bodies.

the lights i ordered from www.billscustomrclighting.com then i made the light bar by cutting the tops off of two lighters and gluing them together then drilling holes in the bottom for the leds.

a friend asked me to build him a few so i will be ordering more lights tomorrow so i will take pictures of the build process then!

I need to get ahead on my bills so I can start my air cooled days!

For the axial I need a bearing for the trans some misc spacers for the trans I need a speed control, then it will be a runner.

got the honcho out today for its first test run did pretty well, slipper was slipping way to much, lost the front drive shaft multiple times, servo sucks! and it was faster in reverse than forward. although sliders and bumper are now painted!

got home fixed the drive shafts (losi stock shafts that were given to me) thanks dan!
swapped positive and negative on the motor and flipped the switch on the radio now faster in forward than reverse!
gonna torque the slipper down tight!

didn't have a camera with me as my phone got broken but took some when i got home!
