Default MATTZILLA CUSTOMS Exo's Jeep JK

Yess I know yet another Jeep JK..Well here is another to add on the list... I been wanting to build a jeep JK for quite some time now & after seeing & getting motivation from all Jeep JK builds here I began mine. thanks to RcCrawler member MOTUR for sending me a New Bright Jeep JK... Well a buddy of mine by the name of MATTZILLA CUSTOMS will be building the Exo cage .. still waiting on buying more parts for my build money is tight right now but hopefully by the end of the month I'll be crawling out at CDM.!!!! Not sure on what electronics to go with yet Any advice on what to go with.!?!?!?!?!? Im thinking of going novak...

Well here is the 1:1 Jeep JK that inspired me

The start to the build Getting the prep work on the body, started sanding the fake bud off.. started with 220 sand paper & ended with the 400 sand paper

Im planning on cutting all bumpers, fenders, ect.. off tomorrow with a dremel

What you guys think.?

There are rigs like that all over the west coast. That jeep can easily be driven on the street in Oregon and California.

they sure wouldnt make it here in Missouri, my truck is over the legal lift law. and ive got 9in of lift and 37s, and that about 4-6in over legal. here the lift law is by your GVW and then you have a max bumper hight per a certin weight, not sure how they do it there, but if i recall right CA does it by head light hight? and they can be no taller than 46in from the ground, and its got what 42in tsl's on it? looks like the lights if measured from the center of them would be atleast another 8 or so inches above the top of the tire.

and just because it has plates on it doesnt make it legal, my truck has a licinse plate on the front, sure dont make it legal!

Hey to the OP this JK will be sick. I love the 1.1 you are basing it off of Keep the pictures flowing when you get started on the tube work

and now @ 2500hdonlittletireswithgaywheels
I guarantee that jeep is legal around here. Just because you cant get away with it where you live. Doesn't mean its like that every where. Cops where we are at don't hassle big trucks unless you are doing stupid shit. And your truck on a 9in and 37's would be considered small around here. 37's are the new 33's in these parts kid.

Here ya go. Big trucks are everywhere around here

Oh and buy the way that jeep is on 47in LTB's for your info. But I figured you would know that since you act like you know everything on this site.

Oh man I love JK's. Actually plan on buying one in the next year for my daily driver. I'm new to the scale scene, so I gotta ask. What's the deal with all the scale guys rolling eye's over them?

That JK is monster. Makes my JK Rubicon look little. I'm currently working on a NB JK body to match my 1:1. Can't wait to see pics of the cage.
