| what shocks are you using?
This has probably been discussed before but I want to know what are the best shocks you have used or are currently using on your scx10. Post pictures also if you have some. I have a rtr scx10 and I was looking to upgrade the stock shocks. Can those get filled with oil? And what oil weight would you recomend for a scale truck? |

The stock scx shocks are oil filled. For what it is, I think they are decent shocks. Stock oil is 30wt i believe. The stock setup is pretty capable and I doubt they should be your first upgrade. The most popular upgraded shock have got to be the Pro-Line Powerstrokes and the Traxxas Big Bore (xxl size.) both of these will probaly add some ground clearance too. |

Im using the prolines, I didnt see any differance, except looks and money. And if you want stiffer springs they cost. I thought they where a waste of money that could have been used on something else. |
