| scx10 drive shaft upgrade?
is there an upgrade to the plastic drive shaft? I already broke (after one day) the front drive shaft where the two pins go in to the shaft.

here is another driveshaft upgrade that some people do. it's cheaper than mip or other metal shafts, and easy to replace as the traxxas shafts come with 6 or so in a bag. Maxx Shafts made easy. |

If you dont lube the shafts after every offroad run, they will rust and get dirt in them and cause them to bind and make your scaler run slower and louder. I prefer to use the stock ones just cause its less rotational mass to the tires, so its just less stress on the drivetrain. I also had the integy shafts before and those IMO worked better than the MIP's, but still corroded at the rotational part.
