The kit does not come with springs. We have yet to release our new leaf spring kit, but will do soon.

Yes, its going to be an updated version of the old kit. For springs was suggesting the Tamiya Leaf Springs. ETA... soon!

im going to build a scale truck eventually.. and need leafs.. so i have been searching which got me here..

last week i stopped at a hobbystore.. and they have a f350... i thought the springs were MASSIVELY stiff.. now i see on your site that they need to be broken in.. is this the same with that truck?
it scared me thinking that going leafs will make a super stiff truck...

It's depends on the leaf springs used, and whether they have the overload leafs installed. Most if not all leaf springs have a break in period, but once tuned flex amazingly well.

Hi there guys my name is James I live in country Victoria in Australia. For Christmas my family pitched in and brought me a scx10 CNC D90 chassis and I'm just in the process of getting bits and pieces to get it up and running. I had a 55t brushed motor turn up today and the hobbywing esc 80a with card still waiting the pinion gear set to turn up.
It's taken me a long time to work out the body l wanted to put on the chassis, I have chosen land cruiser LC70 and l have now run into a snag or l should say l didn't take into account that for me to make it a scale looking truck l want to turn the rear end to leaf suspension. This is my first time l have had anything to do with rock crawling trail trucks and in some ways bitten off more than l can chew as l have already purchased an ARB front bar and the fully detailed LC70 interior so I'm some what committed now.
I know this is a big ask can anyone help me ideas with this build that l have taken on.

James you might find a bit more help by starting your own thread, either in the Newbie section or here in the Scx10 section.
I have played with leafs a few different times and could never get them to work the way I wanted. To start, I suggest you read in the scx10 section, looking for similar bodies to yours and looking to their solutions to similar problems. I know for a fact that getting a full depth bed that lays flat on the chassis can be difficult, and is a very common problem.
