Make sure you installed everything correctly or try adjusting your EPA on the servo.

Some servo horns can hit the HB mount when the steering turns to the left. Some servos can be worse then others for this as well. Try taking a picture of it and posting, that can be very helpful for people to see what the issue may be. Does it turn ok when the rig is off the ground (less pressure on tires to keep them from turning)?

i have the epa set on 100% on my 4pk and am using a hs-645mg servo has enought power to turn right but seems like i dont have enough throw with the losi comp crawler shocks it has more travel plus i am using traxxas links on the 4 link those extend out the axels even more. it gets worse as i raise the car.

Is your servo mounted on the chassis? Sounds like it is. If you are using a 3 link or 4 link setup that doesnt have a panhard bar then you are going to have problems with the steering while the axle moves through its travel.

Take a pic of your setup so we can see what is going on.

I just noticed something in your initial post. It says you have a Hand Bro's steering kit but front and rear 4 link. If you are using the Hand Bro kit, it is a 3 link. If you dropped that and made it two upper links, then things will not work right. The axle needs to shift side to side with the track bar. Using a 4 link upper keeps the axle centered. I would think you are having some binding in links, etc because of this. Pictures would definitely help. And the hitec 645 is not a very strong servo. Chassi mounted servos work harder then axle mounted ones, some of the servo power gets wasted in chassi shifting, etc. And if things are not setup just right, then it may not be up to working or moving the wheels correctly. I would just try and get a pic on here so it can be looked at and diagnosed.

Is your servo on backwards?

I have a CMS w/No panhard bar... it has plenty of throw and steers fine with a 4 link. I'll try to get a pic tonight.

When I first put it together, I had the servo on backwards and very limited throw.

Is the ball cup hitting the chassis when you turn left? The point of view in your third pic makes it look like it would. If so is there enough clearance to mount the ball on the bottom side of the servo horn?

Nvm after closer look is it the servo horn itself hitting the chassis?

well i run a home made chassis mount steering and have not had any issues with the amount one way or another

to me it looks as tho your steering link when centered is more to one side then the other which would give you lots of thro on the opposite side and less on the shorter side

you may want to either shorten your steering drag link and re center the servo horn and give that a try

and might i say HOLY drive shafts those are huge

Put a shorter link from the servo horn to the knuckle and get the servo horn as straight as possible (parallel with frame rails) as you can at ride height. If it's off to one side like it is there, and I'm assuming you're wheels are straight in this photo, you'll have a ton of throw in one direction (looks like when turning right), but not a lot in the other (very little to the left), which is just what you're describing

I'll second that one ^^. Looks like you are losing some throw with the servo horn not being centered when the tires are centered.
Looks like a well used rig.

and maybe it's just the camera angle, but that looks like a VERY short servo horn too like, shorter than the stock one that came on my RTR
