| SCX10 MIP Driveshaft Rebuild
Alright so I upgraded my driveshafts and took the most popular advise MIP, and like most people i broke my output shaft from the transmission. When i got home to fix my rig I noticed a grub screw i forgot to locktite holding the driveshaft together was missing. Not only was that missing, but the pin and piece the pin ran through were gone. For other MIP driveshafts this would be a simple "rebuild kit" as they market it. After searching everywhere and ordering the wrong one (ax10 rebuild kit) I am at a loss. Any help would be appreciated. the link to what i bought is here It is what i need just a different size MIP R-CVD Rebuild Kit, Axial AX10 |

those will fit your MIP's no problem... unless I'm missing something. AX10 and SCX10 MIP's use the same components.

I ordered the wrong ones too before. I ordered the AX10 MIP CVD rebuilt and was wrong. I needed to order the AX10 C drive rebuild. MIP part number 08105.

Alright thanks. I ordered the 08104 which wasn't the right one. Time to get the right one and hit the trails Last edited by husky250rider; 01-16-2012 at 01:22 PM. |

If you are looking for an end all driveshaft conversion, consider going with max shafts and the updated inputs and outputs. You will NEVER have another driveshaft issue ever again. No setscrews to Loktite either! Details in my SCX10 link in sig. if interested.
