Default Batterys to use with CMS??

Im trying to find a battery that will fit my honcho with CMS. ive searched and searched hell i even used google.

I found this...but that battery is no longer availible

Perfect battery for SCX10 with Hand Bros Off Road Chassis mounted steering kit

is there any other batterys that will fit? im sure i can make anything fit but i was just wanting something to lay down instead of on its side like my packs are now

I use these from Hobby Lobby International. Click here for more info. I use a Hand Bros CMS with a FatBatt Electronics Winch Tray for SCX10 from BOWTIE--one lying down (as pictured below), or two standing side by side.

Here is my set-up. Green velcro tie-down will secure one or two batteries. No fitment issues with this set-up.

I use a fairly large/heavy battery - a 5000mAh hard-cased Dynamite Speedpack LiPo, and used to run my battery vertically like btoungette pictured, after I did my CMS. It worked pretty well until I started doing more mods and changed things up for better COG:

now my electronics are setup like this and although it has a lower COG and a much better visual appearance, I do sometimes miss having the extra weight over that front right tire as it helped keep it planted when crawling up steep inclines (torque twist). Planning to solve this someday with a servo winch opposite steering servo

was thinking about getting a couple of these...

Sky Lipo 2650mAh 7.4V 30C

as they seem to be close the dimensions of the batterys u guys r using

Never thought about running soft lipos in a scaler...figured they would get beat up easier than the hard case lipos i was running
