| Vanquish aluminum tranny housing
Was thinking about getting the aluminum housing. Anyone tried it? My only concern is i like running in water and mud. Will there be a rust issue? Just wondering if i do the marine grease inside if it will hold up ok...

The case won't rust it's aluminum. The gears though can, packing them with marine grease will do the trick and will not harm the case. |

Unless they're names you've scene or heard on here don't buy crap parts or it will bite you in the end. Any veteran builder will tell you buy the right one the first time.

| Re: Vanquish aluminum tranny housing Looks almost identical to the VP version. Try it and let us all know. You might have found a true gem, or maybe just junk, but for the price.... Can it really hurt to try?

I just got my VP case yesterday, they are slick! The RRP gears look real nice in it.

I'd try one for the $20.00 but the listing says shipper does not ship to the USA.
