Default 2.2 RC4WD 4Runner

I haven't been into playing with my toy truck for awhile and piled all my RC stuff in the garage. With the cold weather here I decided to do a little re-hash of my Honcho. The cab of the truck is pretty wasted so I grabbed the 4Runner body and sat it on my 2.2 honcho chassis,it looks like I can make it work!

I played around with where to mount the body and decided to move it back a bit so the front end looked like I wanted it to.The back of the body is going to get cut up when I figure out exactly what I want it to look like.

Poser flex shot after trimming the fenders a bit...

I'm thinking it will get some tube work on the front to add to the DH fab stinger and then something will be done to the rear.

I agree. I haven't seen a lot of these bodies so at least it will be something different on the trail.

I did a little test fitting of the honcho cage inside of the body and it fits perfect.

I got everything put on the chassis so I could give it a test drive and see if I like how it looks on the rocks.

This is the first time I've run a big 5000 2 cell on this rig and I'm curriuos to see how it handles.

It turns out it handles pretty good and the weight is fairly balanced front to rear.
