Try a Traxxas Big Bore...no fuss, no mess, and no leaks

I wish some of the smaller diameter shocks didn't leak...Bog Bores just don't look scale to me.

big bores come assembled, add your oil, bleed them, and you're good to go. I have 5 sets of them...and they'd be on the sixth but it's a TF2 and they don't fit that truck...not a one of them has ever leaked.

Sorry mis-read and thought the stock Axial SCX shocks.

I've only owned the 103's...do the "G" transitions come pre-assembled ?
I'm surprised at the leakage

If money's tight I picked up 4 brand new wraith shocks, assembled and oiled for $15 - I noticed a huge improvement over the stock scx10 shocks

Just added the Proline Powerstroke Scaler shocks. They're super smooth and come with all the hard ware and extra single springs for tuning.

They look sweet, but seems they leak like the stockers from what I hear. Would love to try a set but at the price and might leak even after rebuild....

EDIT: Jim, Did you try rebuilding with new o-rings and all?

I just installed them and filled with 30wt. Probably one of the easiest I've done. I've dealt with the stockers, and the G mades (one of the worst shocks to put together). I will report back on any leaks. I've had 3 sets of power strokes for SCT and they're solid!

I run the g made aeration shocks on my wraith and absolutely love them. They are buttery smooth and dont bounce at all when jumping.
