Default New 55T Motor

Obviously ima newbie,
Need some help, I just took out the stock 27t motor out of my scx10 honcho, and installed the 55T motor. Disassembled and reassembled everything great or I thought so. I turned it on to test it out after I put everything back together and my driveshafts are not rotating. The motor however works fine. What the heck did i do?? Is it my gears?

Did you cover the spur up already with the cover? If so take it off and make sure the pinion is tightened down on the motor shaft and is making contact with the spur gear.

And if it was not that. Make sure your setscrews on the drive shafts are tightened. =)
