Finally picked up a Honcho!!New to crawling!

Added a lift up front and rear lockouts..

pretty sick ride man. i just go into it myself. haven't had a chance to get it out yet because im waiting on my charger. but this is my first one and already had it ripped apart and pulled out the shock rubber stops. cleaned and regreased the axles and tightened and cleaned it all. relocated the battery and receiver. im super excited to take it out! wish i had someone to rc with!!

Sorry for the late ass reply,but thanks man I've had mine for months now and it hasn't seen rocks yet lmao but I'm still working on it,I've dont pretty much everything you've done to yours as well.Now I'm working on fitting a new bright land rover body on mine which I'm almost done doing.Next is make my own upper 4 link and then well see lol wish I had a crawler buddy too,but none of my friends are in to rc's.

Mounted the body and changed the aluminum tubing for stainless.

The rear is now 4 link DIY links and working on the front stainless tubing.

coming along pretty nice. i have only taken mine out in my buddies yard and at first he laugh at me because im a gym rat and he said i dont fit the physical profile of a rc nerd then i had him jealous after he saw how fricken awesome it was! really starting to dig those wheels are tires you got going on there. how much did you spend on them?

Thanks man,Lol yeah my friends are all wanting crawlers when they see how mines coming along,but I don't remember exactly but about $80ish bc I had to buy brand new tires.Im impatient and I couldn't find any used ones on here.But if I were you,I'd find some used tires first bc they're not cheap new lol and then buy the wheels new.The wheels are 2.2 gmade Mudrocks and tires 1.9 tsl super swamper.

Got some 1.55 steelies with iroks and I didn't like how tall they were so I sold em.

I couldn't fine a V1 DMG 4 link truss so I bought the V2 and chopped it up like a V1,I did a decent job lol so I will install it tonight to get the look I'm going for.

Got it on now,it was fun installing,the bad part is because of my short wheelbase I have to cut down my new rear driveshaft because it binds up quit a bit,here's shot of the process.
