Default Rubicon looking for new bumper

Post pics of your after market bumpers on the rubicon. The stock w/spare gets in the way too much on my rig, wanna try something with more clearance and remove the spare probably.

Use the crossbar of the cage that attaches to the bumper, "looks like a tube"

You can either drill down that tube and thread it to hold a long screw

Or make that tube fit the hole of your spare wheel and put a body clip through it, I need to get a small black clip but this is what I had to work with.

Free mod, move the bumper on inwards after that..

Yeah i saw your rig on the picture thread love it, how'd you do the body lines. What color paint is that?

Did the body lines with a fine point sharpie, there very fine indents in the axial JK body if you follow them you can get that look. Just did my best to freehand, close up it looks squirrelly lol

Paint is tamiya TS-46, that started to flake so I shot rust oleum enamel paint under to keep it looking decent.

I did the same thing, follow the lines, minus a few "happy accidents".
