Default Show-Me Scalers Ford F250 Dually SCX10

With the St. Louis G6 coming up this weekend, I figure I can finally post my build since the truck is now completely ready and done. This is my beast. Not only is it built to be an unstoppable trail truck, it also double dips and does some truck pulling with custom built sled. I'm also going to be building a trailer shortly to use with my purpose built pulling trucks.

The specs -

Axial SCX10 JK Kit Chassis
ICON Shocks
Axles packed with Marine Bearing Grease
Axial Overdrive Front Gears
Axial Underdrive Rear Gears
Hitech 5646 Waterproof Servo
Spektrum 3.0 radio w/ SR3000 Receiver
Novak Timbuk 2 ESC w/ Ballistic 18.5 Crawler motor
6 1.9 RC4WD Baja Claws (4.19 OD)
6 Axial 1.9 Beadlock Wheels (3 oz in each front)
6 Gear Head RC Blue Rings
Outlaw Hobby Dually Adapter (narrowed for 1.9 use)
Gear Head RC Trail Torch LED Light Bar w/ Onboard Power Supply
Proline F250 Cab w/ chopped Honcho bed
Level 3 Drop Hitch (not in pics)
Reign RC Towstraps
Various Scale Accessories

WOW, that really jumps out at you. Very nice paint, nice rig. The Bronco is nice also.

Thanks, yeah the dually setup works great. I have so much rear bite that I can pretty much get up anything. I've been extremely impressed with the baja claws. They dig into everything and I have gobs of traction.

Is it like a cat with no whiskers though. Do you find your rear gets stuck in gaps?

Nope! Thus far the rears have only been a help. They are particularly awesome for side hilling.

Did my first RECON G6 in the rig yesterday. The first half of the course was cake, and here is what the truck looked like before the difficult section.

The G6 course was so grueling that one of my dually spacers gave way so I had to yank the other. I did half the course like this. The truck held together and I finished the stage! The mud and water tooks it's toll though. It limped across the finish line. I love this truck!
