Default My Suspension is Confusing Me-Need ideas

So my SCX currently has super soft springs all around, both upper and lower. My battery/electronics are all on the front of the truck but for some reason I'm not getting full flex on the front end. Without the shocks/springs on the truck the suspension isn't bound. I'm kinda at a loss because the rear end will articulate up to the bottom of the shock body with no problem and it has no weight over that end of the truck. My thought is I've gone to too soft of a spring up front and because of all the preload I have to run, it's more resistant than a stiffer spring that would be less into it's range of travel at the same ride height. Any ideas???

Do you have a 3 link panhard set up, or 4 link? If you have panhard, check to make sure that is not binding, or contacting the pumpkin. Make sure the drag link and the and the panhard are parallel.

Omg. When I said "if you have panhard" my phone auto corrected to pants... it's a good thing I caught that...

Did you overfill the shocks? If they are filled to the max that could cause this.
If you hold the front of the truck up so there is no load on it, but the wheels are all touching the ground, and then flex it, does it flex all the way?
