Default lift my honcho

the stock shocks are 80mm, if i put 90mm shocks on all corners will it lift my honcho? i know there are drop bracket lifts out there, but id rather do suspension.

Go with a shock around 100mm... Gives a nice lift..

I use cheap butt Traxxas T-Maxx big bore plastic shocks.
fairly inexpensive... seem to work good.
Should be cheap to reseal if need be.

I also use losi soft (white springs)
Lift was actually minimal...
as my shocks and springs offer a little static squat.

This keeps ride height and the COG lower.
But still offers good articulation from the 100 mm CO's

You don't really want lift...
you want max droop and compression.

Longer then 100 mm...
and you will likely need to offset the upper shock mount some.

Stock Axial SCX10 shocks are 90mm, not 80.
You can get more articulation removing rubber dumpers from stock shocks.

I got that too 110mm. I had to raise my body cause of tire rub. King shocks FTW!
