| Honcho with Dingo bumper (hybrid)
Because they're cheap to buy... sooo... I installed one... combining part of the original Honcho bumper as well. Not sure that anyone might have interest... But I can post detail pics if anyone cares. This bumper is rock solid in it's mounting. Most of the parts I needed were spares in the plastic parts bags. Only exception... purchased 4 long button head machine screws to tie (box) the fore/aft supports together vertically. ^ these screws thread up thru the primary front cross member as well. The bumper's mounting was raised above the frame rails to fit the body line better. Looks aw'rite to me and the approach angle works good ! * prolly wouldn't work with a CMS or forward winch mount... But was cheap to do Last edited by TacoCrawler; 11-05-2013 at 11:55 PM. |

i run a chopped up one on my honcho bodied scx10 it still sticks out abit too far me but iam running a winch aswell so that does`nt help but i will say its better than the honcho bumper as that sticks out way to far

It's just my side yard... made it into a scale test track. I do have video I think... but would have to look and see. Last edited by TacoCrawler; 11-03-2013 at 06:56 PM. | |
