Default Stuck Grub Screws in SCX10 Dingo

I am doing my winter upgrades, I really haven't changed much on my Dingo, but this year I got some 1.9 Baja Claw TTC's, Gear Head Alu wheels, Vanquish 4 link set a nice aluminum front Bumper and winch, chassis mount servo and some King Shocks, I also got some nice hardened steel drive shafts and I have run into the issue of VERY stuck grub screws, I cannot budge them, even after 2 weeks soaked in Kroil, any advice? I am worried they are starting to get stripped. Any advice?

If you don't plan on using the existing driveshafts again, just drill them out.

Yah, I suppose, I kind of wanted to save them, but if I have to I have to I guess.

A bit of heat from a soldering iron will do the trick if you loctited the screw in place. Run a thin cut off wheel across the screw to create a slot for a screwdriver if the hex strips. The heat from the cut usually frees things nicely.

This x2. I have a cheap soldering station with a pointy tip just for freeing up loctite. If you are going to use your good iron, at least put a junk tip in it first.

On a totally unrelated note Menominee has THE coolest rest area I've ever been to in the US. Damned taj mahal with a foyer full of vending machines and kiosks it was insane.
