Default First attempt at a truggy

I have been watching the veterans at this and thought it would be easy. I have been a hobby fabricator forever.... how hard can it be????

Ok that was easy.....

Getting harder

Having fun now!!!

What was I thinking why didn't I stop when it was still fun.

This should be good!!! I'll be sure to build a parts truck to fallow your truggy. Since you like to run them till they fall apart lol. Nice Brian looking forward to seeing what you come up with.

For the experts maybe. I'm figuring about 8 hours so far. Cut, fit, braze, rip apart and repeat

Looking good. Cant wait till you finish and we can get out and run these rigs. I want this snow gone so we can hit the rocks, trails, rivers and MUD!

Not sure what the wheel base is going to be yet. It is really high but I just ordered the 2.2 baja claw TTC radials. I will wait for them to set ride height

Mayhem wheels came in today. Waiting on Baja Claw radials. Still need some 100 mm shocks.

Looks like Wheelbase is going to be 13 inches and ride height really isn't bad with the Monster sized tires on it

Not much SCX10 left

Got a pic of it sitting level with its current wheel/tire combo and ride height?

ive been wanting to build my own truck bed and cage like yours.
How exactly do you go about sticking the metal together? are you welding the tubs?
Also where do ou get the metal and how do you bend it?
Thanks
