The stock bumper for the honcho doesnt work well with the warn 9.5cti I was looking at the proline ridgeline bumper set. Anyone have any input? The ridgeline and poison spider bumper are the only 2 bumpers I like. I dont want to make my own, too much going on. Rather bolt on this one right now. |

I also have a ? About the chassis mounted servo kit. If I do the cms do I have to get new steering links? Im not near my honcho at all, in fact im at work. If I got a new bumper I dont really want to see the servo. Ive been lokking at metal 12.3" links but would like to know if I need new steering links as well. And theres a panhard bar? Idk what that does? Looks like maybe for bump steer? |

The Axial Honcho/Wrangler aluminum upgrade link kit comes with steering links. With a CMS servo mount, you'll need a panhard bar to keep the axle inline with the frame as you cycle through the suspension travel. To keep bumpsteer away, make sure that the panhard and draglink are as close to parallel as possible. I'm assuming you're looking at the RC4WD CMS kit? |

Check out Scalerfab.com. Nice sturdy steel bits, reasonably priced, hand made and a small company. Plenty solid for a winch.

The plastic bumper flexes too much for me to wan to mount a winch to it. I can only imagine a hard pull........ Hmm

My bumper doesnt flex all that much...i have pulled my rubicon straight up a door face with no issues due to any flex...my rubicon weighs 7.7 pounds...i have repeatedly pulled dead weight up and over numerous obstacles without so much as a crack or break anywhere
