Default warn winch

I got a little bored today and decided to finish up my winch project. the servo is a HS-645MG and i'm not sure on the gearing yet, but its really powerful. the casing is made of steel plate I cut, bent and welded. all I have to do now is mount the casing and then mount it to my truck

I drilled the pinion hole to just under the size of the servo splines and pressed it on , then I used a 4-40 screw to hold it in place. as for weight im not real sure, but the chassis alone weighs 5lbs

Great idea!! This is just what i need for my truggie and I happen to have a bunch of larger pinions laying around from the onroad days, time to put them to good use.

Did you turn the spool or is that something from another kit?

Thanks for sharing!
