Default RC4WD Winch question

I want to get a RC4WD winch. What size battery does it need 2s or 3s? I have a small 3s 450mah battery will this battery have enough run time with the winch to make multiple pulls if I have a full day of crawling? If not how powerfull is the winch on 2s? I can run it from my 2s battery I use to power the esc (5000mah) but I was thinking 3s would be better.

I have mine running 6v through the rx with a castle bec and a heyok controller......its a 9lb gelande 2 and its all powered from a 2s 5200 lipo....truck/winch/lights will run close to 4hrs with no problems...i don't know this to be true but I think 11v might not be good for that winch motor....theres a called poolo (I prolly have that wrong) that sells robotics parts that has replacement motor gearboxes that will work like that though

Does it have enough power when ran at 6v?

I run the RC4WD Warn 9.5 W wireless controller
powered directly off my primary 3S.
so far... no issues.
spools quickly IMO.
Probably less so if supplying only 6v.

I personally confirmed with RC4WD that my combo
is warrantied when using 3S power.

I would have concern running the winch
from the power supplied thru the RX.

Not sure what the amp draw could be
when the winch is under load.
In my thinking...
Supplying power to the winch thru the RX
could cause issue and possibly damage the RX.

But then...
a user posting here... said it works for them @ 6v.

I can run it with the small 3s I'm just worried that 450mah won't be enough to get me through the day. I could get a 800mah-1000mah battery for it but much higher than that and I would be worried about weight and killing the stock electronics. If I run it through the receiver I will run a bec.
