|  Trouble Mounting WARN Winch to Unlimited Rubicon
Having issues mounting the winch, if I drilled through the bumper for the current backplate holes I would not be able to get the screws through since it would come in contact with the bumper mounts. I see I can buy other mounting plates but do not want to spend the $15. Anyone have a solution they have used to mount the winch to the stock bumper..this is on the C/R unlimited RTR. |

I centered both of my winches on the bumper and drilled where the mounting holes would be. The screws ended up pretty much right where the led buckets are located. I was able to bend the buckets out of the way and get the screw up there. It was a major PITA but it worked. I got one perfectly centered. The other one is off center. It bugs me so I will most likely end up getting a new bumper.
