Default New Body!

New body coming out late March - Spawn for the SCX-10.
Axial Racing - Spawn Body - .040" (Clear)

I like the look of it with the fenders.

Isn't that just the Wraith Spawn body? It looks awfully similar.

It is supposed to be a new one with the fenders and rear bumper on the mould. Check out the bottom couple of rows in the gallery.

Looks like you can leave the fenders/bumpers on for the SCX-10 or cut them off for the Wraith.

Either way I like the look of it with the driver etc.

Its the wraith spawn body. I'm saying that it is already on the spawn wraith. So if you want this body, you can already get it, although in white. Also you should be posting this in the body/paint section, as this body is 'universal' fit for an scx10.

Wow! It is on the wraith spawn - yes. However the wraith does not have the rear bumper, the wheel wells, nor the lower front fascia.

It is not available for purchased until late March with these added items, which would have to be cut off for use on the spawn. There is also an interior that you can now purchase.

If have nothing positive to say then do not respond!

Reminds me why I never post on forums - everybody in an expert!

I think that new body looks great. May have to consider it as a replacement for my deadbolt down the road. I do like the bumpers, fenders on it. I like the roll cage look inside the body as well.

Ok man, but still this relates more to the body and paint section of the forum. I said absolutely nothing negative, an expert I am not, but you could have easily posted this in the wraith,ax-10, scx10,or ascender section--you get my drift? That is the reason there is a body and paint section, to group all the posts relating to body and paint.

Front looks like a series 80 Land Cruiser and the back like a Jeep Grand Cherokee, to me anyway.

I've owned a 80 series Land Cruiser and thought the same thing. I wonder how it will look on a wrangler rubicon and not the g6.

It's just ok to me. I wish Axial would do a little more head/tail light detail. It need buckets and some surface mount lenses. That in combination with a grill would make this a pretty good looking body.

Dah Comrade. Put an Obama head on the driver.

The more non-jeep body options the better.

I wonder how this is fixed to the rollcage with the SCX10. The way it looks to me there is one screw in the b-post on each site holding the body to the roll cage. The body itself is fixed to the chassis via the standard body posts. In this shot you can see the back body posts but the body seems to be just resting on them.
For the wraith you have two screws on each site and there are just holding the body in place the rollcage is part of the chassis. I can see this working but I wonder how the two small screws on the SCX10 handle a rollover or drop.

Ok there are also the screws in the light bucket holder to attach the body to the rollcage but still...
