Default 'Pollock' the honcho!

So here's my attempt a brazing a cage for my honcho. Started off with a wirefeed...then ran out of wire so I had to braze the rest. Opinions need for cage and idea for a bumper.

Was this

Turned this

Nice job. What did you do for the rear pins. Hard to see in the pictures. If you are wanting to build your own bumper, I had a friend build one for me. this is my build thread Valreesio's SCX-10 , what you are looking for is on page two. Too many pics to clutter up your thread here. It has worked well, but probably not what you want if you are looking to put a winch on. Could be worked in easily though during the build phase. Also easy to mount tabs for lights doing it like mine.

I think I should move it up just a bit. Any thoughts? Just a mockup

Looks awesome great job! Moving the front up a little bit would look better in my opinion.

I would brace that stinger a decent hit will fold it back. I braced mine into a grille hoop on my last bumper which took a hard hit and bent it so when I went to a truggy i tied them into the cage as for the tire carrier it's very similar to how I did mine.

x2 or 3 on bracing the stinger. With the brace, mine has rolled down a steep mountainside and never moved. My unbraced side tabs are another story altogether. Oh, and don't thank me. Thank evan03, he designed and built it.
