Default Frame question

Let me start off by saying I bought a basket case scx10 jeep that I'm trying to piece together for a second rig. I've got a ascender as my primary and never seen a scx10 in person to compare and really look at it.

Anyway, the scx10 kit I have has aftermarket frame rails which are flat steel not C channel, it does have an aluminum transmission mount but missing all other crossmembers. I bought axial stock crossmembers that are still on the plastic tree, the factory transmission mount is the same width as the aluminum one I've already got, but the other front and rear crossmembers aren't as wide so my question is, if you're looking at your frame from the top, are the frame rails straight front to back or are they widest at the middle and narrow up at each end? Pictures would be great! I can't post pictures of mine because I'm a noob. Also I'd like a picture so I can make sure I put my crossmembers in the right order. Thanks!
Ben

mine measures approx. 62mm front, 70mm center and 62mm out back.
so yeah... widens up a little in the middle near the trans.

But I measured from the rail's C channel lip(s) and not to the actual mounting surface(s).

picture from the bottom...
as looking at the top side wouldn't be helpful.
