Default What makes it tick!?

Hey everyone - broke something but not sure what it is.
So far it will make this same sound regardless of the driveshafts being connected

The motor by itself doesn't seem to make this sound. At least not super loud like this

The transmission by itself, spinning by hand, does not make this sound.

As soon as I mate them, this loud tick - see video

Did something break with the slipper clutch? What do I need to replace!? Thanks!!

Grub screw on the pinion touching be the spur or a piece of something in the gear.

Use them eyeballs and look.

Crap I lied!!! I've been playin with this assuming motor and/or tranny for hours. I made my own custom links and it has something to do with the angle of the rear drive shaft. If I full depress the rear suspension it spins free. If I let it sit normal and spin I get that click.. Ugh sorry for the misleading info.. I have an idea on where to go from here I guess -- maybe not use my home made links and buy some correct ones... Lol I measured them up and they are pretty darn close so I don't know what I did wrong. Sorry if this is hard to read.. using my iPhone

The strange part about it being the rear driveshaft is that it did not do this until I drove it around for a bit. Did some climbing and light bashing, nothing too extreme.. Ugh I dunno

Make your top links longer with a spacer and it will clock you pinion angle

Are the longer links supposed to be the uppers or lowers? Maybe I just got them backwards.. I compared my homemade links with the stock ones and they are probably within 1/16 of an inch in length.. Very close for just eyeballing it lol

I like the longer wheel base as it fits my Nissan Titan body better.. Maybe I just make new longer top links if i can't figure out how to add a spacer
