Don't take this wrong but there are loads of tire threads and Harley has done several videos about tires. It's mainly personal choice because of the terrain in your area. However crawler innovation foams are a very important part of making the tires performance there best. If you contact ci and tell them the rig you have with the weight ci will suggest a foam.

In my honest opinion. Pitbull growlers are a great all around tire.

Ive had good luck with rc4wd Irok tires and proline super swampers (can be a pain in the arse to mount), but there is alot of good tire choises out there.
Good foams in all of them is a must imo.

Beside the size... My Sedonas are awesome on rocks. The Flat Irons on mud. The Trepadors did nice in sand. The Rocks Claws on wet stones. The DC Mud Country's in wet mud.
Imo there is not 1 good tire. If i had to choose: the Flat Irons.

with all the good tires out there like has been said a lot of different times before personal preference is everything , I love my 2.2 Baja mtz great tire that works for me . I have ci foam and a lot of wheel speed with the 2 speed trans , so I can go with a less aggressive tire . so my truck does well on rock and dirt hill climbs. but those tires are very small in 1.9 and not work for you at all
