Default upgrading links or hubs 1st

I want to upgrade the links on my Deadbolt but I think it might be wiser to do the steering knuckles and C hubs as well as the rear chubs 1st. May way of thinking is that there wont be any give with the solid metal links and I will break the outer parts of the axles??

Yea I know I could buy everything at once but that doesnt work when you race 3 times a week with different rc's ;)

I'd say links first then hubs. Hubs can withhold the power of an stock deadbolt. You'll be getting a better performance gain from the links

Links first. The soft plastic links will deform in no time. Then front hubs/chubs would be my recomendation. I am still running stock rear lockouts on my Deadbolt. Plan to upgrade them, just have never got to it yet.

what about tumbles? thats where the rigidness of having the aluminum links will cause the hubs and or chubs to break?

I run plastic in several of my scx10's ax10 6x6. I use the rpm scx10 knuckles and chubs there awesome and light. For links I use carbon fiber links and revo rod ends.
