Will be a slow build as I have to get a Wraith up and going also.

I got it on a trade and he already has upgraded the bottom links and added Headlights/Bar lights and tail lights. Below is my initial thoughts on first upgrades. I have put a few notes next to unsure or change of mind. I also plan on Putting the Proline F250 Front body on and building a bed like the honcho for it.

Front Bumper (Have not decided, will go with a metal bumper once I get the F250 mounted)

-Rear Bumper Scalerfab DeadBolt G6 Bumper
ScalerFab RC Trail Armor and Accessories ... 3D14910078

-Initial Thought: ( Was planning on running a Savox 1230sg servo as I had good luck in my racing rigs, but heard that many have had issues in the crawling seen. So decided on a Hitec 7950th instead)
-Decided on: Hitec 7955 Servo as I got a good deal on it.

- Initial Thought: (Not sure, will upgrade to beadlocks down the road)

-Swapping receiver with a RX-371w (I have a MT-4 Radio)

- Initial Thoughts: SSD Chassis Mounted Steering CMS Kit for SCX10 (Not sure if the 12" wheel base makes a difference or if another CMS kit is recommended)
-Decided on: Looking for recommendations for CMS w/panhard setup that fit the 12" specific wheelbase

_ Decided: on the Vanquish SCX10 CMS FRAME MOUNT, and possibly make my own axle truss and links.

- Winch: 3Racing with freewheel upgrade

-Move Battery upfront

-Replacing rear upper plastic links with DIY links

As it Arrived to me:

Played around with it when it got here and had a blast. Below is what I have done so far.

Hitec 7955 Servo is on the way (Got a good deal on a used one)

Free Mods:
-Flipped Motor and Trans 180 Degrees
-Moved batter up front
-Moved sliders in

Replaced Servo with a Hitec 7955 today. Next will be making some mounting plates for the ESC and Receiver to sit on the sliders.

Made and mounted some plates for the receiver and ESC.
Fitted the Honcho body temporarily until I order the proline F250 Body.

One of the local guys made me some custom scale license plates.

Since the Vehicle is Call Truck Norris, I got me hands on a Old Chick Norris Action figure that should be here soon to pilot the rig.

Installed the Axial Transmission Metal Gear set Tonight.

Love the name and that you found a Chuck Norris action figure for the driver.
Looks like a good start to a nice build.

Thanks.... Much appreciated

He came in today and ready to do some driving.

Picked up some cheapo beadlocks to try. Not even sure of brand. lol

About to pull the trigger on a few things. For now I am going to try to use a few of the cheaper BoomRacing Parts as I would also like to put some funds into the Wraith to get it up and running. Hopefully they will hold up decent until I can spend more later.

BoomRacing Steel Front Bumper
Boom Racing Chubs and knuckles
BoomRacing Rear lockouts
Kronik axle tubes for the rear

Axial OverDrive 36/14
Axial UnderDrive 43/13
Proline F-250 Body
Robitronic Servo Arm

For now I am going to clearance the stock dogbones a little and use the stock center drives till they break.

Will also use the stock tires and foam on the above beadlocks until I get the wraith up and running.

Still have not made the final decision on the CMS (If I get the locked up one, I plan on running their gunnar tubes up front also)

Prepping the Tactic servo for the Heyok winch controller.

Locked UP RC order came in today. Gunnar Tubes and CMS kit.

Installed Gunnar Tubes and started installing the Locked Up RC CMS Kit.

Got my proline F250 body in today. Also picked up the G-made Komodo light bucket kit. I think I can make the light buckets, grill, side mirrors, and windshield wiper cowl work with the proper trimming.
