Default VP 8* High Steer arms are rubbing. Help please

Hey fellas, and maybe a girl or two (LOL).
Just got a set of SSD's installed on my Sawback. They have VP goodies on them and I had no idea when I got them that they would be rubbing the inside of the tire where the steering linkage bolts together.
I have a set of the Gmade SR02's with a 6bolt lug pattern. I'm wondering if the SLW hubs you are supposed to use will fit, or bolt up to the GMades or not. Kinda bummed right now because I just spent a whole lot of time installing a custom 4 link setup on my rig.

Having owned the SR02, I dont think the SLW hubs will work with them. Your best bet might be a wider hex. The front hexes off of a 2wd traxxas slash will give you about 4mm more width if I remember correctly.

Thanks for the reply bud. Ended up having to shave some wheel wideners down. Got it working.
