I got my new motor all dialed. I noticed some type of clicking binding noise. It is the stock driveshaft sockets. There rusty. Yes it has been in the snow.i lubed them with wd-40 for now. There quite now.I know it's time to upgrade. Any recommendations. Was looking at the Hotlink ones on Amazon since I have hot link suspension arms.

Are you referring to the metal joints of the Wild Boars? They just need wd40 as you used, or Moo Slick, liquid Teflon, etc. They're non greasable metal to metal contact, so they need the care you gave them frequently. It never hurts to have spare parts though if you want to look for upgrades.
I personally have been sticking with the wild boars as the weak point in my drivetrain since they're relatively easy to replace.

My Drivelive's are stock with the stock pin and ball socket.

Mine have been binding and clicking a bit as well lately. I been thinking of trying to find a rubber boot and putting marine grease in them.

I upgraded to the Hot Racing shafts a couple of months ago. Put a light coat of Slick Honey (it's a grease we use at bike shops) on the splines and joint sections. Now she's quiet and seems to have a better power transfer to the axles (though it could be just like putting stickers on a Honda to increase HP, all in the mind). I'd suggest them highly and they look more scale.
