Default Slipper Pads for Deadbolt

Hi folks, newbie here.

My stock spur gear was damaged and my replacement spur gear did not come with new slipper pads. It looks like nobody has any in stock until late May. That seems crazy to me. What are some options? Will a slipper pad from another rig work fine? Does anybody have slipper pads to sell?

Thanks!

Seems axial isn't having squat got stuck coming in until then... Which probably in reality means August. The SCX10-2 axle gears are in the same boat.

Super lame.

Thx Honcho, I was looking at that kit... my drivetrain is stock except for the hardened trans gears that I just installed so I'm sure I would end up breaking everything else to the wheels especially with my 3S lipo.

I wonder if the AX30414 slipper clutch set could be used to replace my clutch set in my Deadbolt. Has anybody used that kit in a deadbolt?

So I found that the SMT10 uses the same spur gear and slipper clutch and I found the assembly on eBay with some other parts that I can re-use.

Looks like the deadbolt will get to play in the snow next weekend after all!
