G6 - 12" wheel base eye-eye links length?

Guys, I've got a SCX10 chassis kit and G6 body on the way.

I've got 8/32 all thread and 1/4" SS & aluminum tube and the Traxxas rod ends to make my own links.

Does anyone know the eye-eye length I need to build these upper & lower links to? I'll be 4-linking the front.

I've searched and read tons of threads and not found the eye-eye lengths stated.

I believe the lowers are 122mm, and the uppers are 114.5mm

I don't quite understand with all the guys making DIY links, why the eye-eye info for links isn't more prevalent here, maybe it is and I'm just not putting in the correct key words in the Search? At any rate, I did some investigation today and was able to come up with the following info.

Per the Instructions link for Axial AX31142 SCX10 TR Links Set - 12.0" (305mm) WB (Deadbolt & G6):
Axial Racing - SCX10 TR Links Set - 12.0" (305mm) WB

Upper 4-links are same front & rear
AX80005 rod ends
AXA1429 long link 60mm
AXA1422 short link 25mm



Lower links are same front & rear
AX80005 rod ends
AX30518 link 98mm



However, I learned that Axial AX80005 is a parts tree and not a specific part. This parts tree consists of what looks like 3 different rod ends - Straight, Offset, and Bent. Indicated by the arrows in the pic below.



I couldn't find specs on these rod ends from Axial's site, but I was able to run across direct aluminum replacement rod ends, for each type on RC4WD website.

The RC4WD direct replacement rod end specs are listed below:

Straight rod end
Total Length: 0.67in / 17mm
Ball Hole to Rod End Length: 0.47in / 12mm
M3 Mini Aluminum Axial Style Rod End (Black) (10)

Offset rod end
Total Length: 0.79in / 20mm
Ball Hole to Rod end Length: 0.59in / 15mm
M3 Offset Short Aluminum Axial Style Rod End (Blue) (10)

Bent rod end
Total Length: 0.83in / 21mm
Ball Hole to Rod end Length: 0.63in / 16mm
M3 Bent Aluminum Axial Style Rod End (Black) (10)


Using above info, looks like the links would work out to be:
Upper links => Bent rod end (16mm), long link (60mm), short link (25mm), straight rod end (12mm) = 113mm
Lower links => straight rod end (12mm), link (98mm), straight rod end (12mm) = 122mm
