Default Big bores VS ultras

Can someone tell me the weight difference between aluminum big bores and plastic ultra shocks without the springs on them?

I think they are not much in differences, however aluminium will be more reliable than plastic one

Ehh not necessarily. Brand plays a huge part in that. With Traxxas both the plastic and aluminum will be reliable and leak free.

You might get a better answer to your actual question about the weight on the Traxxas forum if you are a member there.
