We are moving away from weight in wheels, spinning weight are not cool, so now we put weight elsewhere on axles.

That looks awesome and expensive. How much weight did that add per side?

Those add 46 grams each side, my carrier are ALU but you can also get those in brass.
Brass hub carriers will add around 35 grams each side.

On the rear i have been a little creative with older parts, samix now have a kit with the brake calibers.
This will add 61 grams in each side.

This are the one i have and then have modified to add the brake disks to.

Then i have some brass beef tube parts ( links mount ) and a single diff cover in brass now on my rear axle.
There are a range of heavy options from a range of brands.
you could also use ALU axles they are generally some heavier than the original plastic parts.
I have a SSD pro 44 axle in the front, plastic diff but axle tuber are steel, i intend to put a SSd axle in the rear too but that will have to wait a little.
