Does anyone know what this ring is called? I need to order a new one. Thanks!

Retaining ring

I assume you mean the ring on the driveshaft? Those aren't stock so what brand are they? If that brand makes a rebuild kit it might have these rings or maybe you can find it elsewhere if you can figure out the size.

They look like the old Junfac driveshafts that used a retaining ring to hold the drive pin in place. Its not the best design as they tend to pop loose on their own. A bit of heat shrink or a dab of CA to hold it in place is a good idea.

Like humboldtEF said, You can use electrical shrink wrap. When it shreds, you can do it again, and again, and again...

The heatshrink is meant to hold the ring in place not do the rings job, it may hold the pin in place though. maybe do multiple layers.

Thanks for the helps guys! I've got another question here...

Picture

I'm putting this kit together and I've got 2 long links, 4 medium links and 2 short links. I cannot for the life of me figure out where to put them I've tried a few different ways and nothing worked. I know it's a noob question but I appreciate the help guys.

Thanks!!!
