Default Switching my 10 III to a brushless setup. What about the lighting?

I'm moving my RTR to a Castle Mamba X setup. For the lights, what wire would I need to buy to plug into my receiver? Are they just servo extension cables?
Since it is 2 cables, could I just get a single Y cable that connects to both one one end and plugs into one channel on the receiver?

I managed to find a splitter in an old drawer and it worked fine. This can be closed.
