Finally got the Wraith out on the trail today, I am shocked on how well it crawls. Ran it for about and hour on a 2s 20c 5000mah lipo and I smoked the motor. Looks like I'll be Looking for new power sooner than I had thought. I ordered some BWD XR10 lower links today. Hope to gave it all sorted out and back together by next weekend.

I really like this truck but i think they should offer a premium edition for a hundred bucks more, with metal links and a better motor and what not....or a kit?
Rtr is not exaclty rtr if you only get a pack out of it....

I love my Wraith, it was worth the wait. I'm just disappointed that I'm having issues with it. Guess I'll get out the credit card and buy some more parts. I'm thinking a HH Torque Master just not sure what size is the best for this rig and if the AE 2 esc will hold up.

Go with an HH 25T and a waterproof BR-XL. It will fit right in the stock ESC mount. It will be faster and have better low end performance. But, be ready to put some Robinsons Racing gears in the tranny and add MIPs.

TJ,

want to sell the Wraith to me? I got $100 ready to go..

When you finally fix it, we need to schedule a run at Jason's house to see how it does on his course. And I might have something at my house to run as well....

It was my nephew's b-day cookout. Had no idea we were going to get free time to run the crawlers. Luckily, several hours of playtime put most of them to sleep for a while freeing up some time for us to play.

Swampers came in today, I also lowerd the ride hight a bit. I love the look of the swampers on this rig, I mounted them on Junfac GT 2.2 Beadlocks and think the look good.

iPhone pictures

I'm still waiting on my BWD lower links and still need to choose on a new motor. For now I thew in a Axial 27 turn that we had here at the shop. I'm leaning to a HH puller but he only has 7T and 14T right now and I think I want a 10T.

I ran a 10t in mine and it was too slow for m (even on 3s with a 23t pinion it was like the stock 20t motor on 2s with stock gearing) I'd go with the 7t puller and you'd be perfectly happy
