basic rtr..... rc4wd steering, cut tires, military green 3m car wrap, battery moved to the front, plasti diped all eletrical stuff, greased all vitals, cut the back to make a sorta truck thing, inner fenders, boat sides and a Holmes 35t pro......     |

Originally bought RTR, upgraded as I broke stuff, then as I noticed deficiencies (such as getting whipped in a comp  ).Other bits of life have been keeping me from Ioco, but one of the weekends was missed doing the most recent upgrades.  Body panels are by CFM, license plate is a KK, controller for the lights is by HeyOK, stainless drag link is a 4mods 1-of-a-kind.  This hood-mounted electronics mod was an idea I had as soon as I saw my first ESC with the heat sink. The CCBECPRO was an easy addition. Supported underneath by some stiff plastic I found in my recycle bin from a consumer package. I plan on doing it with a full aluminum hood, and include an X-pattern roll cage, this is just my first proof-of-concept alpha.  And you've gotta have dice! (although this particular picture is a bit old, showing the RTR in-cab wiring)  Thanks for reading! |

Did some more work on my wraith.... Finished my stainless steel lower links, made the "C pillar struts" out of tie rod ends, all-thread and carbon tubes, and used an old nitro exhaust spring to hold the spare tire. All of my electronics are now under the hood which is now hinged and held down by magnets.    |
