Default My build... The Green Meany!!!!!

Love this thing ....... got it super muddy out of the box so I tore it down to clean it and that's where it began. VP steering links, level3 shock mounts, upper and lower links, moved battery up front and electronics back, painted green and swapped all hardware w stainless. Oh yeah and added a mp3 player and speaker just because. And as always there is still alot more to do.

I'm liking the chassis being painted. Adds alot of dimension. details of the rig stand out better.

Thx.... The stainless hardware gives it a good look too, the paint scratches easy but it gives it a nice used look! I saw a red one on here somewhere.

Yeah the red is cool too. Did you use grey primer first? Is that paint for lexan? Or off the shelf spray paint?

I use krylon fusion.... it supposedly bonds to the plastic w no sanding or primer...... but I advise at least a light sanding.
