Rear is back assembled for now. Waiting on all the VP stuff. Width came out much wider than I wanted but oh well. Sitting at 11.25" right now. It's wide but I'll give it a shot. |
1 Attachment(s) Used some of the Rock Lube when I installed the gears. I do love that squeeze bottle. |
Pictures...I think I saw pictures !!! |
1 Attachment(s) Front overdrive installed and lubed. Waiting on shafts. |
1 Attachment(s) Electronics arrived today. That 157 is over 500 oz/in of torque and SUPER fast. It's a beast. |
1 Attachment(s) Going to run a standard trans that loaded up inside. Junfac shafts are on as well. |
1 Attachment(s) Beefy Robotronics arm from TCS. |

EDIT: Did this set have the hole for the screwpin or was it old style ? |
Looks like some posts were lost in the crash yesterday. Anyway, looks like this rig will have to be completed next week. Shipping didn't quite make it in time. |

Looking good as always Harley.... Keep us informed on progress.... |
Brutal! Mine always comes at the end of the day too.. kinda nice cause I'm normally home by then and it's like a kid on Christmas to see what part showed up that day lol |
Any up dates or are you still waiting on parts? |

this is looking great Harley, how strong are the wraith axles compared to upgraded SCX10 axles? |

Hmmmm, just not liking this setup :-/ The Wraith axles are just too wide. Link mounts are causing suspension binding that I'm not liking mostly. It would require some much more complex bends. This project may have to turn into something else.... |
Don't give up that easy Your Awesomeness.:flipoff: Drill out some bent XR rod ends to 4mm. Should fix the binding at the axle without needing to go crazy with the links. |
Looks good. Can't wait to see it built. |

This will likely be converted to AX10 axles with long beef tubes. |
I think you need to fix the glass on your tabel looks a little off lololol |

Did you try mounting the lower links inboard of the dual sheer mounts? Also you could run XR lockouts with cut down stock shafts to narrow the rear axle. |
Quote:
XR lockouts did go on but yes you need to cut down shafts and there isn't enough meat on the shafts to do that IMO. |

Think about it this way, if you just go back to ax10 axles, ehh, it will probably be bad ass, but wraith axles... Push it thru man!"thumbsup" |

I read he isn't making them. I can always just go have some turned though. They are a simple product. |

Thats sad to hear these could of made some nice sporty axles if they werent so wide. |
Quote:
|
Let me know when you dont want that table anymore.:flipoff: To bad the axles are so wide. |
