| RCP locker/spool question.
I just got the RCP stainless steel locker for my Wraith. The first thing I noticed was that the stock 2x10mm screws are too long, and bottom out before the ring gear is tight (I have the paper wash installed). The other thing I noticed, is that the locker is too wide, and I can't seem to get it all the way into the axle housing. Has anyone else had these issues with the RCP lockers, or did I just get poorly milled lockers? |

The stock bolts where too long for mine also. I used some Axial 2X6 mm bolts and they seem to be holding up well but check them from time to time as mine have come loose. As for the housing fit some guys have said the paper gasket will keep one from dropping in.

I had to cut my bolts to fit, I have had no issues. |

I just found and installed some 2x8 mm screws, and installed them without the paper gasket. I was able to get the ring gear tight. Without the paper gasket, I was able to get the locker into the housing (it was a very tight fit). RCP should mention on their website that the stock screw are too long. Thanks guys. |
