Default What size hubs with 1" Slw's do YOU use?

Just wondering what size hubs most guys are using and what width they are putting your wraiths at when using 1" Slw wheels. It would be great to know what hubs keep it at stock width if possible. TIA

I am using .225's and Outside of tire to Outside of tire is right under 11.5".

350's or 475's depending on how I feel at the time.

It's along the same subject so I'm not hijacking I suppose.

I was looking to get my first set of nice rims and figured my Wraith deserved them. I currently have Axial 8 hole rims and it has dawned on me that the width is rediculous when I compared to the rims that came with the kit.. I'd really like to narrow it.

So the narrowest Vanquish hubs (225 I guess right?) will work fine on the Wraith front and rear without any clearance issues? Or are the .350's the safer bet as they are supposed to almost match the stock width?

Does it matter what width wheel you end up with? The OP mentioned 1" but I was thinking 1.35" as that's nearly what the Axials are and I like how the Ripsaws have worked with that width. Unless the 1" would work even better? I don't have a wheel that narrow to try....

Depends on what tires you are running and how much they bulge. You may rub link mount bolt or nut on tire with 225's, if tires are wide and buldged. I run Proline 2.2 TSL Swampers and they are perfect. There is at least 3/8" clearance between link mount bolt and tire inner sidewall. This is with VP knuckles and Ackerman arms. Stock setup may differ and I never ran stock.
If you are worried, go with the 350's. And there is no offset at axle and stock offsets are equal, so don't run staggered offset hubs with slws. Unless that's what you want.

Now THAT was the reply I was looking for. Thanks for going the extra step in explaining the clearance issues.

475 front 350 rear.

Going to narrow in front make your universal bind unless you lose some steering.
