| Sluggish Steering servo
So I've been searching for hours now... and haven't find my problem. I'm running a stock AE2, 5000mah 3s 35c hyperion, castel bec, HH 35t brushed and a hitec HS-7955TG steering servo. I haven't been out in awhile as it's still winter, last time out I had no problems. I put my battery into storage mode if it's not in use for 2 days. So I fully charged my battery and went out for 5 min's in a bit of slush and my steering is non responsive, sluggish and random at best. I've plasti-dipped all my electronics and submerged it in the past with no problems. Any and all help is greatly appreciated Thanks Chris |

plstidip Water proofing is far from perfect. Its what I use but you have to understand. What worked yesterday may fail today... The wet slush may have killed off your servo.

So I tried running my wraith again... the steering seems to working a bit better but is still gets stuck at full left steer. My new question is; is it possible to salvage this servo? Either by drying it if it's still wet? Replacing the circuit bord? or Using the titanium geers in a cheeper servo of the same type? Thanks Chris |
